Please be sure to arrive on time. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. Any late arrivals, more than 15 minutes, will result in a cancellation and will incur a cancelation fee. 

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of full price of the service booked.

The health of our clients and technicians is our priority so we ask you to have acrylic, SNS or any other polish besides gel removed prior to your appointment. 

To guarantee the comfort of all of our clients, we do not allow children in the salon. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment being rescheduled and may incur a cancelation fee.

Pets are not allowed in the salon. Please leave your furry friends at home in order for us to provide a safe and clean environment for our clients.
